2 User Eligibility and Account

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account or use services on cbje, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. For 21+ only. cbje may request supporting documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, cbje reserves the right to close them and forfeit all associated balances.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited. If your details change in the future, update your profile immediately and notify the support team.

2.4 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the cbje support team immediately.
• Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.
• cbje will not be responsible if someone accesses your account without your permission.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cbje supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). cbje reserves the right to update this list at any time.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully verified, it is generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• If identity verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the cbje platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a transaction is attempted in another currency, the applicable exchange rate will be applied.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳18,000 adds the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus, you must place bets totalling a specified amount. The wagering requirement at cbje is 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus portion only, not the deposit).

4.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — unused bonuses are cancelled once the period ends.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — check the details of each offer.
• A bonus is usable only on the account of the user it was issued to — it is not transferable.
• cbje reserves the right to cancel a bonus without reason or if any irregularity is suspected.
• Abuse of the bonus program (bonus abuse) may result in account suspension.

4.4 VIP Program

cbje has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit — starting from 0.3% at the Bronze tier up to 1.5% at the Diamond tier. 5 Betting, Gaming, and Fair Play

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on cbje are considered final. Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the rules of the relevant game state otherwise. If a transaction is left incomplete due to a technical error, cbje will investigate and make a decision.

5.2 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

Fair and honest play must be maintained on cbje. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Using multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or offers.
• Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the game system.
• Colluding with other users to dishonestly manipulate outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a lost internet connection or any other technical issue, cbje will review the logs and resolve the matter. cbje's decision in such cases is final.

5.4 Game Providers

6 Account Suspension and Closure

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false information during identity verification.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Multiple accounts held by the same person.
• A directive from a court, regulatory body, or law enforcement authority.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the cbje support team. Before closing your account, make sure all active wagering requirements and pending withdrawals have been settled.

6.3 What Happens to Funds After Account Closure

If an account is suspended or closed, cbje will review the applicable terms and make a decision on refunding the net balance. If the closure is due to a breach of terms, funds earned from bonuses may be forfeited.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be set aside and the remaining terms shall remain fully in effect.

11.3 Assignment of Rights

The user may not transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without the prior written consent of cbje.

11.4 Language

The original version of these terms is written in Bengali. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version shall be authoritative for purposes of interpretation.
